Protection of Children
Borras Park Church regards child protection and good working practice as a priority. In the interests of the safety and well-being of all children and young people, we have developed and operate a formal Child Protection policy which is registered with Thirty-One: Eight, formally the Churches’ Child Protection Advisory Service (CCPAS).
The church is committed to ensuring that all our leaders and workers with children or young people:
- have undergone a Disclosure & Barring Service check at enhanced level;
- are adequately trained, and where appropriate, supervised;
- understand and follow the church’s child protection policy.
Our Safeguarding/Child Protection Policy may be viewed and/or a copy borrowed from the church.
